I am amazed that for such new & yet to be officially opened Hotel. The warmth shown by your team comprising Rathode, Sahidul, Bora, Mousumi & Sahidul is unique for a small hotel but premium Hotel like yours. The Cleanliness is quite impressive even when the Hotel is under internal construction. The behavioural pattern of each staff is so impressive that I feel very peaceful even if all the cacophany of the G S Road is there. I really slept very well when I belongs to very high touring job type. The food remained simple , fresh and custom built by procuring local items as per my request. The new General Manager- Ms. Bora is quite knowledgable & gives energy to the guests by enquiring how to improve. Best wishes to her and see you soon. Keep it Up. Only look to the F & B Pricing which seems to be in steeper side.
